Roosters: Only one change to the team that defeated the Broncos last week with Jocelyn Kelleher coming into the starting side as lock. Aliyah Nasio will move to the bench. Kelleher, who played halfback for much of the 2023 season, has been coming on to help provide direction to the side who have had to shuffle their spine to start the season with the injury to Corban Baxter, and will work with halves Tarryn Aiken and Isabelle Kelly.
Wests Tigers: The Tigers have named an unchanged side for the the third week in a row with Brett Kimmorley sticking solid with the squad who showed plenty of improvement from Round 1, despite still going down to the Titans last week. The side showed some attacking spark, including halfback Losana Lutu lighting up the field with a special try; but will need to work on their composure in defence. Co-captain Bo Vette-Welsh has been named to play after leaving the field early for a HIA which she passed, but ran out of time to return to that match.

Raiders: The Raiders have named an unchanged 17 from the side that fell just short against the Knights last week, including prop Sophie Holyman who was unable to finish the game with what was reported to be a biceps injury and watched on from the sidelines in a sling. Alanna Dummett, who missed last round due to concussion protocols has been named in the extended squad, with Torres Strait Islands youngster Relna Wuruki-Hosea the new 18th player for this week.
Sharks: With the crushing news that Jada Taylor is out for the season with an ACL tear, captain Tiana Penitani will play fullback for the Sharks. Her move has caused a shuffle of the starting side, with Rhiannon Byers moving to centre and Vanessa Foliaki coming from the bench to start in the second row. Former Jillaroo Nakia Davis-Welsh will make her first appearance for Cronulla after being named on the bench. Emma Tonegato has been named in the extended squad and could make a return from a calf injury which kept her from playing last week.

Cowboys: After playing in the position for much of last week's win over the Dragons, Krystal Blackwell has been named at fullback this week, with England star Francesca Goldthorp moving onto the wing. Young prop Lillian Yarrow, who hails from Rockhampton, has been named to make her NRLW debut from the bench, with Shaniah Power moving to 18th player. Despite swapping on game day last week, co-captain Tallisha Harden has been named to start, with junior representative star Lily Peacock named to come from the bench.
Eels: Following a heart-breaking loss to the Sharks last week, the Eels remained unchanged for the match-up against the Cowboys. Parramatta were leading 10-6 at half-time, but let in tries at both ends of the second half to hand Cronulla the game, with goal kicking proving the difference in the end in the 18-16 loss. Although still new to the game, centre Rory Owen impressed with her second try in her second outing and also made 181 run metres.

Broncos: Some huge inclusions for the Broncos with Gayle Broughton returning from a back injury to partner Ali Brigginshaw in the halves. Broughton's former New Zealand rugby sevens teammate Stacey Waka has also been named to make her NRLW debut, fresh from winning gold at the Paris Olympics. Waka will start on the wing with Lauren Dam at centre. Bree Spreadborough will be the 18th player while Skyla Adams moves from five-eighth to the bench. Brianna Clark is out with suspension, so Chelsea Lenarduzzi is the new starting prop. Lavinia Gould has served her suspension and is on the extended bench, as is Queensland Maroons representative Shenae Ciesiolka who has been sidelined with a hand injury.
Titans: With back-to-back wins secured, coach Karyn Murphy has named an unchanged 17 for this weekend's local derby clash against the Broncos. While winger Emily Bass and hooker Brittany Breayley-Nati were unable to finish the game against Wests Tigers, both have been named to start, with Breayley-Nati being given every opportunity to prove her fitness after picking up a wrist injury. Cook Islands and Kiwi Ferns prop Ngatokotoru Arakua has been named to replace Georgia Sim as the side's 18th player.

Knights: The Knights are unchanged after posting their second-straight win last week, albeit a close one against the Raiders. Young winger Lilly-Ann White impressed in her debut and has retained her spot in the starting side. Halfback Jesse Southwell is free to play after she received a warning after pleading guilty to a Dangerous Contact offence in last week's win. New signing Tenika Willison is named on the extended bench having arrived this week following her time with the New Zealand Rugby Sevens side at the Paris Olympic Games.
Dragons: Injury has forced Jamie coach Soward into in number of changes to his side as they search for their first win. Winger Margot Vella scored two tries last week before being assisted from the field with an ankle injury, with Leio Fotu-Mola returning in her place. Madison Mulhall has been named for interchange forward Sara Sautia who also sustained a foot injury in the loss to the Cowboys. Other changes see Kasey Reh named to start with Sophie Clancy moving to the bench. Ella Coster, who is on the comeback from a shoulder injury, is 18th player. Fresh from winning a gold medal in Paris with New Zealand's rugby sevens team, Tyla King has been named on an extended bench and could be a late inclusion.
