The Gold Coast are excited to welcome Future Titans alumni Iszac Fa’asuamaleaui, Ryan Foran and Josiah Pahulu to their top 30 squad when the trio returns to pre-season training in November.
All three forwards spent 2023 in their first full season in an NRL system; Fa’asuamaleaui and Pahulu part of the club’s development list and Foran spending year one on a train-and-trial deal.
Having already made 13 appearances since debuting in Round 3, the younger brother of captain Tino will hope to grow on his maiden NRL season and become a regular in the 17 after also getting a taste of finals football in the Hostplus Cup with Burleigh.

Australian Schoolboys prop Pahulu will have his eyes on a first grade debut after being named 18th man for the Titans’ Round 27 clash against the Bulldogs.
Making his Hostplus Cup debut at only 18 years of age in 2023, injury plagued the National Schoolboy Cup-winning captain for a majority of this season, but Pahulu is back to full fitness and is ready to approach the new season with added motivation to continue his progression to the NRL.
Fellow Australian Schoolboy Ryan Foran also made his Cup debut in 2022 with the Tweed Seagulls, and the Murwillumbah junior will be hoping to continue to grow in the second-tier competition in a bid to impress incoming coach Des Hasler.
At only 20 years of age, the edge forward scored an impressive double in Tweed’s preliminary final Hastings Deering Colts clash and has his sights set on a starting jersey in the Hostplus Cup in 2024 as he also works to earn a debut in the top grade.
All three of the young Titans trio have been signed until the end of the 2025 season.
