Jayden Berrell scooped the pool at this year’s Wynnum Manly Seagulls end-of-season presentation, claiming three of the four awards on offer for Intrust Super Cup players.
The competition’s Petero Civoniceva Medal winner took home the player of the year, players’ player of the year and Wynnum Manly Old Boys most diligent player awards, with gun rookie Selwyn Cobbo claiming the supporters award.
All the statewide competitions grades were acknowledged, with the premiership-winning Hastings Deering Colts, Harvey Norman Under 19 Girls, Auswide Bank Mal Meninga Cup and Cyril Connell Cup award winners named.
Co-winner of the QRL’s Auswide Bank Mal Meninga Cup player of the year award Shaun Packer took out players’ player honours for his club, while Queensland Under 17 City Girls prop Jacinta Carter was the Harvey Norman Under 19 players’ player award winner.
