Statement: Jai Arrow

Queensland Rugby League directors discussed the recent incident relating to Jai Arrow at today’s scheduled board meeting in Brisbane.

The Board acknowledged the sanctions already handed down by the NRL after Arrow was issued with a breach notice for failing to comply with the game’s Apollo biosecurity protocols during the Queensland Maroons’ Game III camp.

The high standards and expectations associated with representing the Maroons were also acknowledged by the Board, who will request Arrow to address his conduct with the Board at an appropriate time, taking into consideration his current club commitments with South Sydney.
