The promise of a new season ahead has Intrust Super Cup clubs and fans excited, with plenty of great players again set to feature in the 2021 competition.
Clubs have been busy signing new talent and re-signing key personnel for the year ahead, with plenty of experienced names making a return to the competition including Kurt Baptiste to Sunshine Coast Falcons.
He will be joined as a fresh face at the club by BJ Aufaga-Toomaga.
The newly-named Brisbane Tigers - formerly Easts Tigers - have been highly active in their recruitment under new coach Jon Buchanan and next season will have on board a number of experienced Intrust Super Cup campaigners including Jordan Grant (main image), Darren Nicholls, Brayden Torpy and Ioane Seiuli.
Mackay Cutters have looked to promote their young up-and-comers and local league stars into their top squad for 2020.
Norths Devils have re-signed plenty of key players and promoted some players who featured in the Brisbane Rugby League A-Grade competition, as well as welcoming home some familiar faces to join their new crop.
The experienced Jayden Hodges, who played NRL with the North Queensland Cowboys and the Manly Warringah Sea Eagles, has returned to Cairns to join Northern Pride for the 2021 season.
Wynnum Manly Seagulls have also been busy building their squad, with BRL A Grade In Safe Hands premiership winner Junior Pauga back for season 2021. New pick-ups for the club include some young guns from Canberra Raiders.
