After 11 weeks of the campaign and just under 30,000 votes submitted, we have come to the end of the search for who fans think have been the best players in the Intrust Super Cup during the past 25 years of the competition.
With the best players in 10 different positions - fullback, wing, centre, five-eighth, halfback, prop, hooker, second row, lock and utility - decided, the final piece of the puzzle was to select a captain.
The player who received the most votes in the poll was Burleigh Bears powerhouse forward Luke Page, who secured 36 per cent of the 730 votes cast to be named skipper for the ceremonial side.
The Burleigh captain was backed up by fellow Bear, and current Gold Coast Titans playmaker, Jamal Fogarty with 19 per cent of the vote.
Fellow positional winners Blake Leary, Pat Politoni, Cody Walker, Jake Granville, Ben Spina, Donald Malone, Daniel Ogden and Shannon Walker rounded out the remaining votes.
While this is not an official QRL team, all of the players selected in the positions have helped display the best qualities of the competition, with 29,973 votes cast by fans across the weeks of voting.
