Many Intrust Super Cup players have starred on the international stage during the past few weeks and now players are being put through their paces as clubs re-group for pre-season training.
There has been more and more re-signings, player movements and exciting things happening since the Cup season concluded.
Sunshine Coast Falcons have re-signed some talents, including Tom Rafter, Daniel Dole, Nathan Saumalu and Jye Ballinger. The Falcons have also picked up Easts Tigers star player Sam Lavea for the 2020 season.

Redcliffe Dolphins signed Ben Shea and Marmin Barba, from Ipswich Jets, and Intrust Super Cup leading try scorer Jon Reuben, from Sunshine Coast Falcons. The Dolphins have also re-signed Dolphins junior Harry Smith and 2019 Players' Player Trai Fuller.
