ASSRL 15 years National Championships Day 3

The Australian Secondary Schools Rugby League 2019 15 Years National Championships continued with a busy Day 3 of games.

The tournament – being held a Redcliffe’s Dolphin Stadium – will continue until July 5.

Day 3 results – Tuesday, July 2

Game 1: ACT v NSWCIS

NSWCIS 34 (Tries: Oliver Cummins, Dane Towns 2, Lehi Hopoate 2, Siteni Taukamo, TJ Speedy-Coe - Goals: Oliver Cummins 2, Eli Sagala) defeated ACT 4 (Tries: Harley Young)

Player of the Match – ACT – 8 David White (St Francis Xavier College) / NSWCIS – 11 Michael Abdow (Waverley College)

Game 2: NSWCCC v QSS Maroon

QSS Maroon 16 (Tries: Blake Mozer, Elekana Suavai, Robert Toia - Goals: Joshua Lynn 2) defeated NSWCCC 14 (Tries: Paul Alamoti, Isaiya Katoa, Benjamin Dufficy - Goal: Isaiya Katoa)

Player of the Match – NSWCCC – 6 Isaiya Katoa (Patrician Brothers’ College) / QSS Maroon – 6 Jye Gray (The Southport School)
