Newcastle Knights flyer Edrick Lee has been ruled out of the Maroons squad due to a leg strain.
Lee was named in an extended squad last night, however was officially ruled out this morning following consultation between the Knights and Maroons medical teams.
Players have assembled in Perth overnight and this morning in preparation for the historic clash in Perth.
The squad will take part in a recovery session this afternoon before their first training run at HBF Park Wednesday.
A replacement for Lee is yet to be named.
