Storm coach Craig Bellamy has praised Cameron Munster's leadership in his side's 44-10 win against the Raiders on Saturday night.
The 23-year-old five-eighth has been the consistent feature in Melbourne's halves merry-go-round in 2018 and he put in another stellar shift against Canberra at AAMI Park with two try assists, four line breaks and a superb individual try.
"I thought he played tremendously well again," Bellamy said.
"That's no surprise to anyone. I thought his defence was off a little bit in the first 20 minutes, he struggled with a couple of tackles on Joe Tapine, but overall his involvement was great.
"He scored a wonderful try. He's taken up that slack that I suppose we lost a little bit with Cooper [Cronk] leaving. He's a real mentally and physically tough player. To do some of the things he does in that position is really good for the team."

Bellamy also felt his side's attack was improving after a couple of low-scoring performances against the Warriors and Sea Eagles in recent weeks.
"I thought our construction of a couple of our tries was really good," he said.
"That's certainly a step forward. Hopefully we can keep that up or even get a little better."
Young half Jahrome Hughes again excelled in his new halfback role.
"Jahrome is still finding his way a little bit in that position, and the more he plays, it will run a bit more smoothly over the next few weeks," Bellamy said.
The Storm now come up against fellow heavyweights South Sydney in a blockbuster clash next Friday but Bellamy wasn't thinking too far ahead.
"At the end of the day we're not worried too much about that yet. We'll get over this and have a celebration with the Storm Old Boys tonight, and have a look at that during the week," he said.
Fullback Billy Slater came off early after copping a knock to his knee but Bellamy said it was a precautionary measure and will be available next round.
