One moment summed up the Melbourne Storm's season so far against the Gold Coast on Saturday.
Will Chambers, with close to 200 Telstra Premiership games experience, got bundled into touch after a scrum win.
His stunned expression spoke volumes. It's just not happening yet at the Storm in 2018.
"We haven't clicked yet," admitted Chambers.
"We probably showed 40 minutes of good footy and which was against the Warriors.
"Hopefully on Saturday night we can click again and put in a good 80-minute performance."
The Storm racked up nine errors and 19 missed tackles against the Titans but late tries to Cam Munster, Josh Addo-Carr and Curtis Scott got the visitors over the line with a comfortable 28-14 scoreline.
"They're never fun," Chambers said of facing the Titans. "We grinded away well and got the result which was pretty good. We've got a few areas to tidy up and work on."

Nelson Asofa-Solomona's game-high 172 running metres and Munster's mature display at five-eighth again impressed for Melbourne.
Kiwi prop Asofa-Solomona has taken his game to a new level this season with Jesse Bromwich and Tim Glasby spending large chunks of the season in the casualty ward.
"We all know he's a talented footballer but this year he's been very good," Chambers said.
"He was quiet there for a week or two but has come along really well. Both in attack and defence, he's been a dominant force for us and is one guy I'm glad is on my team."
Chambers was also full of praise for Munster.
"He goes about his business and plays good footy," he said of the young half.
"He sort of had a few hiccups during the back end of last year, but he's got his life in order and is playing good. It's good to be running out with him.
"He's a freakish talent. A couple of years ago he was good at number one and now he's going good at number six. He's one of those players that you could put him anywhere in a team and he'll give his best shot for you."
Stepping up into a more senior role in the halves after Cooper Cronk's departure to the Roosters is something Munster has thrived on this year.
"I didn't know how well he'd go but he loves it," Chambers said.
"He comes in and does all his extra meetings and makes sure he knows what's going on each week."
The Storm have until 3pm Monday to decide on whether to appeal Cameron Smith's dangerous contact charge. Josh Addo-Car, Curtis Scott and Sam Kasiano also were cited by the match review committee, with Smith and Kasiano both facing possible suspensions.
