The Easts Tigers will be looking to go deeper into September next season after bowing out in Week 1 of the finals this year.
The club have signed some exciting new talent to help them in their cause – and will also be welcoming back some familiar names to the fold with former skipper Steven Thorpe back from the United Kingdom and outside back Jarrod McInally returning from New Souths Wales.
While there a number of fresh faces around the club for the start of the 2017 season, the Tigers will lose experienced skipper Dane Hogan who will head to the Sunshine Coast Falcons to re-join with former Easts coach Craig Ingebrigtsen.
Ex-Warrior Sione Faumuina has been taking part in pre-season training with the Tigers, where he coaches at junior level; but at this stage has not signed on to play.
