As part of Suncorp Bank's Regional Origin Shield tour Maroons coach Kevin Walters, along with Justin Hodges, Brent Tate, Michael Hancock, Lote Tuqiri, Gary Belcher and Scott Prince hit the highway and take the State of Origin shield on tour to the regional Queensland centres of Cairns, Townsville and Rockhampton.
The boys are joined by Matt Bowen, Michael Morgan, Matt Scott and Johnathan Thurston in Townsville.
Queensland fans had the chance to mix with their heroes, grab a photo or autograph, send a pump-up message to the team and join in a junior clinic and learn from some of the best players to pull on a Maroon jersey.
