Rugby league is a sport for everyone and one of the modified games that has developed to help provide a more inclusive environment for more people is Wheelchair Rugby League.
The Australian Wheelchair Rugby League will hold a Public Meeting on January 15, 2016 on the Sunshine Coast to seek interest in establishing a Steering Committee for a possible Queensland Branch of the WRLA.

The WRLA is aiming to correctly formulise a body in Queensland which will hopefully provide opportunity for wheelchair-bound individuals to participate in rugby league.
