The Toowoomba Rugby League Referees Association held a successful presentation night last Saturday.
The master of ceremonies for the evening was long-serving member of the association Tim Bliss.
In the absence of the president Rick Carter (due to a prior engagement), vice-president Bill Mitchell filled in and delivered the president’s speech before the awards.
