New Central Division Manager Glenn Ottaway is looking forward to getting around his area and connecting with all levels of the game.
One of the challenges will be to get down to the grassroots level and see what issues are affecting the leagues.
One major issue is travel distances; but a new mobile Operations Manager vehicle is set for operation soon and will help develop the game out west.
